Baked Cauliflower

Preparation time 8 minutes. Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Serves 4-6

  • 1 cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1 onion cut into large chunks
  • 6 unpeeled cloves of garlic
  • 8 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper then top with the onion, garlic and thyme
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper
  4. Bake in the centre of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, tossing occasionally until almost tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
