Baked Cauliflower
Preparation time 8 minutes. Cooking time 40 minutes
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
- 1 cauliflower head cut into florets
- 1 onion cut into large chunks
- 6 unpeeled cloves of garlic
- 8 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with baking paper then top with the onion, garlic and thyme
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper
- Bake in the centre of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, tossing occasionally until almost tender.
- Serve immediately.
