Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie

Adding coconut water to your smoothies boosts hydration with the electrolytes it contains. Blueberries are bursting with antioxidants and the spinach will provide you with plenty of fibre, vitamins and minerals including vitamins B2, B6 & E, folic acid, chromium, molybdenum, potassium and co-enzyme Q10.


Serves 2

  • 150g spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 large banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries

Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
