Creamy Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants which are known for their promotion of healthy aging. They contain a plethora of vitamins and minerals and are a source of dietary fibre. Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of natural Greek yogurt
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach and/or kale leaves
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed above and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
