Crunchy Green Beans
Preparation time 2 minutes. Cooking time 5 minutes
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 2 handfuls of green beans
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Put a non-stick frying pan on a high heat
- Add the oil, then the beans and salt and pepper
- Cook, shaking occasionally, for around 5 minutes until the beans are heated through and remove from the heat before they start to soften.
