Crunchy Green Beans

 

Preparation time 2 minutes. Cooking time 5 minutes

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 handfuls of green beans
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Put a non-stick frying pan on a high heat
  2. Add the oil, then the beans and salt and pepper
  3. Cook, shaking occasionally, for around 5 minutes until the beans are heated through and remove from the heat before they start to soften.
