Terrifically Tropical Smoothie
I think this is as close as you can get to having a Pina Colada for breakfast!
Preparation time 5-10 minutes
- 1 handful of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 a mango, cubed (fresh or frozen)
- 1 portion of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of ice (if using fresh fruit) or filtered water (if using frozen fruit)
Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order of the list and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
